How do I install it?

Open the downloaded .zip file and drag the MailboxRescue folder somewhere permanent, for example Documents.
Double-click MailboxRescue.exe. Tip: right-click it and choose Send to → Desktop (create shortcut).
If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then Run anyway. New programs from small developers show this until they build up reputation with Microsoft.
Drag your .pst, .ost or .msg file onto the window.

Which version do I need?

Most PCs need the x64 version. Choose ARM only if your PC has a Snapdragon (Qualcomm) processor. You can check under Settings → System → About → System type.

Where are my Outlook files?

PST files: usually Documents\Outlook Files, or wherever you saved an archive.
OST files: usually %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook. Close Outlook first if it is running, or copy the file.
MSG files: messages saved or attached from Outlook, often in Downloads.
